EMPOWERING SOMALI YOUTH THROUGH FASHION

We recently partnered with Star Youth Development of Minnesota (SYDOM), a basketball team and mentorship program for Somali Youth in Minneapolis.

SYDOM x EPIMONIA

The Star Youth Development of Minnesota (SYDOM) is a basketball team and mentorship program for Somali Youth in Minneapolis. SYDOM didn't have any uniforms to start their season, so we had the honor to create gear for them to be a part of the local league. 


Our campaign with SYDOM is about empowering Somali youth and other refugee youth in America through fashion, sports, and publicity. We are using fashion as a way to place refugee support and awareness in consumers’ everyday lives.

EPIMONIA REVERSIBLE BASKETBALL JERSEY

We made our own version of a basketball jersey in support of SYDOM. This black & white reversible jersey features a life jacket accent patch that shows our commitment of supporting refugees at every level. Proceeds from the Epimonia Basketball Jersey will go to SYDOM.
